Read for a Lifetime
Each student who reads at least four titles from the posted booklist during the school year will receive a certificate of achievement signed by Secretary of State and State Librarian Jesse White. All four (4) entries must be submitted by April 15th of the school year. Complete a separate form for each title you have read.
